Deposit payment: At the time of booking a deposit of  € 400,00, (or 50% of the cost of the course) per person is payable.

  1. Payment of the balance is due on arrival.
  2. Cancellation of the booking: If you or any member of your party wish to cancel your booking or any part of it has been confirmed you must do so by giving us written notice. The person who signed the booking form must also sign the letter. To compensate for the expense of processing your booking, and for the risk that we might not be able to replace your booking a cancellation fee is payable. If your written cancellation is received by us no later than four weeks before the beginning of the course, the cancellation fee is €70,00. We will return the balance of your deposit within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. If we receive your cancellation between 4 weeks and 7 days before the beginning of the course, the cancellation fee is the amount of your deposit. If cancellation is received less than 7 days before the course, your deposit is forfeit and the balance of the fee for your booking is payable by you.
  3. Your course reservation. On receipt of your reservation request and booking form we will advise you whether we are able to make the reservation request, and if we are able to do so we will send you written confirmation, with details of the amount payable in accordance with condition "2" above. If we are not able to meet your request we will write to you informing you of this and returning your deposit cheque within 14 days.
  4. Cancellation of the course: Although it is unlikely, we reserve the right in any circumstance to cancel your course. In this event we will inform you as soon as possible and we will do our best to offer you an alternative course. If you choose not to accept the alternative offered, a full refund will be made.
  5. Liability and complaints: We cannot accept any liability for any illness of or accident to you or any member of your party or damage or loss of your or their personal equipment and/or belongings during your or their attendance on the course or stay in the hotel, unless such illness, accident, damage or loss has been caused by the negligence or dishonesty of any member of our staff whilst acting in the course of their employment. Any complaint or claim must be received by us within one calendar month of the end of your course/stay.
  6. Insurance: You are advised to take out travel insurance for the duration of your course, and to obtain a form E111 from the post office.
  7. Governing law: Any contract between us for the provision of the course tuition and accommodation is governed by Italian law.
